1. Return Eligibility
As Loomod (Pvt) Ltd provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, we do not process returns in the traditional sense. Once your subscription or access to our dashboard is activated, it is considered delivered.
2. Return Process
If you experience any issues with our platform, please contact our support team. We aim to resolve technical concerns quickly, but we do not accept returns for digital services once delivered.
3. Refund Policy
Payments for subscriptions or services are generally non-refundable. However, if we fail to provide the agreed service due to our platform’s fault, you may request a review for a partial or full refund. Each case will be assessed individually.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that your payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction to your account.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period; no further payments will be charged after that date.
6. Subscription Cancellations
Because our services are billed in advance on a subscription basis, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time when you cancel. Your access remains active until the end of your paid period.
7. Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy may apply in rare cases of system-wide service failures or specific written agreements. These are handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Loomod (Pvt) Ltd.
